"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

It's not right to post someone's work and take credit for it. I don't care if you post someone else's work, but give them credit. It says more to your person to give someone else credit for their work than take credit yourself. There's no way you drew all of those, their styles are so different. If you did you would have had to use tracing paper, and even that is plagiarism.
